  • Cancellations less than 12 hours in advance or no-shows: no refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation.


7. Liability and Guarantees

  • Lanzarote Transfer is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, adverse weather conditions, or transportation strikes.
  • In the event of service failure attributable to the company, a full refund or an alternative solution will be offered to the client.
  • The company is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings in vehicles.

  • Cancel their booking within the timeframes established in our refund policy.
